Playing with 'Hands On' Manipulation

So I was having a look on Pinterest and I found a few images which have been manipulated in a sort of 'hands on fashion', using string and other images... something which I wouldn't mind trying at some point. http://www.pinterest.com/sarahashworth93/string-and-images/

These images were rough attempts at collaging two images, in a similar fashion to John Stezaker.
